Note:

If you have Error code: 10401 -- Please call the phone number on the back of your credit card.  This error is usually "Fraud Protection" by your Card Issuer.
Some errors appear if they were missing numbes or typed incorrectly. Check that all numbers are entered and there are no extra characters.

Billing address must match credit card's mailing address.

If you need to update or change a card on file, check the "Change billing information" box during check out.

Note about Ticket Orders:

Items Not Available: The Quantity of Available Seats shown is reduced only when purchase is completed. (2 people could be in the process of buying the same tickets, but only one will be allowed to checkout. You may receive a warning that 0 are available and your cart will be empty.)
