1. We will only take back any returns due to damage in shipping. 
2. Normal turn around time is two weeks 
3. We have the right to change background paper on 12 x 12 kits due to availability. 
4. Die cut color may change do to availability of specific colors. 
5. Special order turn around time will normally be 2 to 4 weeks. 
6. We will not do any special orders with profanity, provocative or unprofessional wording. 

Special Orders: 
7. Customer can pick color of any existing kit or die cut. 
8. Maximum size is 12 inches by 12 inches. 
9. Smallest size of die cut requested depends on subject to be cut. 
10. Some special orders may be more difficult and take longer than 4 weeks.
