We are required by law to collect PST and GST tax on all orders shipped to addresses in British Columbia, Canada. Only GST tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in other Provinces in Canada. PST and GST do not apply to purchases made by US residents. Sales Tax Orders shipped to the US may be subject to duty and/or state taxes, which will be the recipientĄ¯s responsibility. You may contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added. Prices / Currencies All shown prices are in the currency indicated in your shopping cart. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged the converted amount in Canadian Dollars. If you would like to convert Canadian Dollars to your currency, or your currency to Canadian Dollars, in order to see the approximate charge that will appear on your VISA/MC statement, then please use a currency converter. Duties International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. Unclaimed Packages / Refusal of Packages All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. Shipping After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order. Once you place an order you will receive an email from showing your credit card was charged by Outer Coast Seaweeds Ltd. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis. There is a $5.00 shipping charge applied. The usual process time for orders, once received, until shipment is 3 ¨C 5 business days (excluding weekend days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday. Shipping within Canada: Orders placed online will be shipped for a $10.00 plus GST rate. Shipping to the U.S. is a $20.00 shipping rate for any size of order. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 7-14 days from the day of shipment. All shipments are sent out on business days. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems. International Orders For international orders outside of North America, we charge the actual cost of shipping and will add this amount to your invoice. Please feel free to email us with any shipping questions you may have. In Canada, we ship via Canada PostĄ¯s "Expedited" parcel service. Expedited Parcel usually delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. (*Source: Canada Post). Returns As a Sea-flora.com customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your wild organic seaweed skincare purchase. If the product is damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product once we receive the original product back. If the product produced irregular skin reactions, you may return the wild organic seaweed skincare product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail. We will only accept products that were purchased from our shop-on-line: www.sea-flora.com Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the wild seaweed skincare products. All clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions) are considered final sales. If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them - you can send them back to us for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. All returns must contain a copy of your invoice. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges. At Sea-flora.com we make every effort to track products that are unsatisfactory to our customers. For this reason we appreciate any comments/reasons that you can give us for returning a product.
