| Frequently Asked Questions Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Also, there are no shipping fees on class orders. Please select the 'Select if Training' option on the shipping menu so you do not incur any fees. Q: What is your return policy? A: Returns are accepted. Clothing can only be returned unwashed, unworn, with the tags still on. Software and CDs will only be replaced with similar copies. Classes can only be refunded before you have been confirmed by ShopWare. Q: I am signing up for a class but I cannot pay by Credit Card, what can I do? A: That is OK. We will accept check/ money order for training. However, the system will only save your order for 5 days. Our company policy is that there are no terms on training. So if you sign up and choose to pay by check, you must mail it in ASAP. Thank you. Q: Why is the class I want to sign up for not on the store but on the calendar? A; If a class you see on our calendar is not listed as an available product in our store, this means that the class is SOLD OUT. Please select a class at a later date or call us at 888-222-7126 and we can work something out. Q: How do I know if my class is going to run? A: ShopWare Inc. reserves the right to reschedule all classes. It is our policy that a class needs 4 registered students in order to run. A ShopWare employee will contact you prior to the date of the class to confirm or reschedule. A class may be canceled multiple times for classes that are not as popular. You will automatically be put in the next registered class of the same type. If you do not wish to be put into the next class, please contact us. Q: Why are there not as many Moraine Park classes? A: Our WI classes at Moraine Park Technical college are not as popular and thus, we offer less classes. If you wish to take any of the advanced or specialty classes, they must be taken at the IL facility. Q: Why are WI classes more expensive? A: ShopWare is required to register every student with the college and must also pay to rent the facility. Q: I need to stay in a hotel for my class, where can I go? A: You have a various options, but there is one hotel right down the street (500 yards) from our New office. Country Inn & Suites, Elgin. 1-800-456-4000. A full service hotel with swimming pool, free newspaper, and contintental breakfast. The hotel is newer about 1/2 mile from our office. Recommended. Q: How do I get to class?
