SpAZooiE Return & Exchange Policies


  Please read all instructions & conditions below before placing your order.  Additional shipping information is located at the bottom of this page.

Here at SpAZooiE we are quite proud of our minimal returns and exchanges. However, we do understand that sometimes the wrong color, size or item is ordered and needs to be corrected.   Please take a minute to read threw our helpful tips below, and feel free to take advantage of our excellent customer service with any questions you may have.   

Helpful tips to avoid exchanges/returns:

 1.    If you are not sure of what color to go with it's a good idea to take advantage of our color swatch samples for only $1.00 with free shipping before placing your order.   If you need your items in a hurry and don't have the time to wait for samples PLEASE contact us first to ask questions and we will do our best to help you select the correct color. 

  2.    Double check all sizes and measurements of the item/items you are ordering before placing your order.  We provide measurements and instructions for each of our products and directions on how to measure for a perfect fit.  If you need help with determining the size or sizes PLEASE contact us before placing a wrong size order.

  3.    If you are having a hard time deciding which of our items will work the best with your style of wedding dress, evening dress, bridesmaids dresses or any other type of outfit you will be accessorizing PLEASE contact us so we can help and answer any questions you have before placing your order.     

   4.    If you have any other questions or concerns always contact us first.

How to process a return or exchange:

 

 

All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to SpAZooiE at the return address within 5 days of your delivery conformation receive date with a copy of your original sales invoice enclosed.  All returns/exchanges meeting the conditions below will be issued a store credit immediately upon receipt and inspection of the product, less the shipping amount.

 

Due to the mostly one-use nature of our merchandise for weddings and special occasions we do not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason.  If you have a question regarding a return or exchange, please call or email us at sales@spazooie.com.

 

All returns/exchanges must meet these conditions:

 

  • The product must be in brand new condition with NO evidence of wear, & free of any smoke or fragrance odors.
  • The product must be returned to SpAZooiE within 5 days of the buyer receiving it with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed.   
  • All sales are final on clearance, special order, and limited supply items, and are not returnable for any reason.

 

SpAZooiE can not be held responsible to issue store credit if your returned item is damaged or lost in the mail.  So it is always a good idea to purchase both a delivery conformation and insurance on your return package.

 

All return/exchanges are inspected once received by SpAZooiE.  If they do not meet the above conditions store credit will be refused and the item will not be shipped back to the buyer unless the buyer pays for return postage. 

 

As mentioned above due to the mostly one-use nature of our merchandise for weddings and special occasions, these policies are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions for any reason.  We take pride in offering high quality items at affordable prices and do our very best to provide the best service we can to each customer.  Thank you for respecting our policies. 

 

 

Additional Shipping Information:

All U.S. orders will be shipped with your choice of either USPS Express Overnight or Regular Priority Mail.

SpAZooiE is happy to ship worldwide to any location on the globe.   All International orders will be shipped with your choice of either Express International or Regular Priority International. 

 

Shipping Concerns?

We are proud to say that we offer some of the fastest shipping on the web.

 

Most Regular Priority orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your purchase and most large orders are shipped within a week or sooner.  

 

When you place your SpAZooiE order you will immediately receive a conformation via-email and another conformation when your order is being shipped so you will know to keep an eye out for it to arrive.  Every shipping conformation comes with a "tracking info" number found at the top of your shipping conformation email. 

 

In the rare event of experiencing a postal service delay due to a postal strike or an international Customs delay simply log onto the www.usps.com website and enter your "tracking info" number to make sure that it is not sitting at your local post office awaiting a pick up because of a failed delivery attempt.   Packages re-sent back to us deemed as "undeliverable" or "return to sender" due to providing us with a wrong shipping address or a postal failure to deliver will not be issued store credit or re-sent to the buyer unless additional postage is paid.
