How long does it take for my order to ship?

*Once order is shipped it takes 2-3 days to arrive.

*For Guaranteed Christmas Arrival - Orders must be placed by the following dates:

            Bags and accessories - December 19th

            Any custom orders for bags or boards or decals must be placed by December 13th.

 

When a holiday occurs all orders are pushed forward for as many days as the store was closed. Example Thanksgiving Holiday is on a Thursday and I am closed on Friday after so all orders are pushed forward 2 shipping days for 1 week only. Therefore, if you order on Thursday your order will ship as if it were placed on Saturday and would ship by Tuesday. I have had a lot of problems with shipping on time due to high demands and I am trying my best to make a good schedule everyone can rely on. Rush orders and special requests will need to be approved by sending me an email to see if I can do them. I make all the bags myself so if I run out of any certain bag colors it does not take long to replace them. Overnight delivery is available at REQUEST. How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done prior to receiving your shipment notification.  To cancel your order you must send an email to orders@stephsbags.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line and please include your name and confirmation or order number in the message.  Do not contact your bank to cancel your order they charge my company a $20.00 nonrefundable fee to do that for you.  Do not leave a voicemail to cancel your order it is likely to not be heard in time.
