*REVISED 6/14/2012 STEPH'S SHIPPING I ship with UPS and United States Postal Service Priority. Shipping method depends on meeting the fastest delivery times at the lowest cost to the customer. If you have a special request for shipping please contact me and I will do as much as I can to meet your needs! Email is the fastest way to reach me send special requests to stephanie@stephsbags.com.
*Once order is shipped it takes 1-3 days to arrive. Unless you choose two day service and it is guaranteed to arrive in two days. (must get confirmation from customer service that two day shipping time frame can be met - send email to orders@stephsbags.com)
Rush orders and special requests will need to be approved by sending me an email to see if I can do them on time. I make all the bags myself so if I run out of any certain bag colors it does not take long to replace them. Overnight delivery is available at REQUEST. Send notification of rush order needs to stephanie@stephsbags.com. I will do my best to respond to all rush order requests within the hour. Cancellations If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done PRIOR to receiving your shipment notification. To cancel your order you must send an email to orders@stephsbags.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line and please include your name and confirmation or order number in the message.
STEPH'S GUARANTEE If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return the complete order to me within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price without shipping. Order must be received by Steph's Bags within 7 days in order to get full refund. Cornhole bags must be unused. Shipping costs will not be refunded! Refunds will be issued in same form payment was made. If you return your product outside of the 7 days you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Please remember if you have any complaints or concerns to please send them to stephanie@stephsbags.com, I cannot help you with your complaint unless I know about it and I love to hear all feedback good or bad, it is what makes my company better! STEPH'S MOST RELIABLE CORNHOLE BAG POLICY If you have an unusual break in your Cornhole bag simply return the broken Cornhole bag or bags to me within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If I find the break was due to a construction flaw you will receive a replacement for your broken Cornhole bag in the same color for free. If I find that the break was due to irregular playing conditions (such as striking the boards sharp corner) or due to malicious play, or from a result of negligent care (such as leaving outside overnight, spilled beer, animals, etc..) I will return the Cornhole bag or bags to you at your cost of shipping or you may purchase replacement Cornhole bags from Steph's Bags. Cornhole bag or bags must be received within 30 days of receiving your purchase in order for guarantee to be valid.
