Black tea (Ceylon, South India and China) flavorings, black currant leaves, black currants Fresh currants come in 3 colors, black, red and white with the red ones being the most well known. Black currants are chock full of anit oxidents and tend to be more tart than their red cousins, who admittedly are tart as well. This tea has a fruity flavor without being overly sweet.
