If you are registering for the 20 hour NMLS approved training, (NMLS Provider #: 1400059) please note:  YOU MUST RECEIVE YOUR "UNIQUE IDENTIFIER NUMBER" FROM NMLS TO REGISTER.  YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT IT.  We will need this number to bank your hours through Pulse Portal upon completion of the course. Pulse Portal is where your education record will be kept and maintained. This course is designed to give you the knowledge you need to pass the Federal test through NMLS and the Texas test through PearsonVue. The material will cover the required 8 hours plus the undefined 12 hours. This is for those individuals who are not currently licensed or who have never taken the State of Texas test.
