You may pay for your purchase using Check/Money Orders, PayPal or major credit cards through our PayPal online processing. When you are ready to check out you will be asked for your shipping/billing information which will allow you to make your choice. Our payment gateway for electronic payments will accept direct PayPal or major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard and will be securely billed.
Do you keep my personal information on file such as address, phone and credit card information?
While we do retain some customer information such as name, address and payment preferences for your convenience, we do NOT retain any credit card information at all. Our payment processing is secure through PayPal and none of your personal, financial information is kept on our systems.
Do you offer any quantity discounts?
Quantity discounts are available on many products including wholesale lots. To inquire about a specific product, please contact us either by phone or email and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
How will my order be shipped to me?
Orders are shipped from various locations nationwide and due to the many differences in size, shape and weight, we'll use different carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship your order. Additionally, we look to minimize the costs associated with shipping so we can continue to offer the lowest prices possible and pass the savings directly to you. Do you offer free shipping?
YES! For orders of regular items, when your total reaches $100 or more we pay the shipping! On specialty items such as custom cues, and larger items such as furniture, lighting, and irregular shaped items please call first to get a shipping quote.
If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
As your satisfaction is very important to us, we do allow returns on unopened, unused products in resalable condition within thirty (30) days without question. There are important restrictions on some items, please see the item details for further information or call us to inquire about any product.
I purchased an item and it is defective, what should I do?
First, let us apologize. While we strive to have the highest quality control possible, we do sell a large number of products from many different manufacturers and sometimes some flaws will go unnoticed. Rest assured that most of the products we sell come with the full manufacturer's warranty in place and will either be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer in accordance with their policy. Please contact us immediately if you notice any defect which might fall under this category. Items which have been damaged during shipping or abused do NOT pertain.
My order was damaged in shipping and I didn't realize it until after I opened it. What should I do?
Please be aware that on occasion some damage may occur in shipping and the shipper is directly responsible. Please inspect your package and its contents before accepting any order. If the package was left without signature, contact us immediately so we may make a claim with the shipper. We will do our best to repair or replace the product as quickly as possible under these circumstances.
