Store Policies

Returns on any and all merchandise accepted within 30 days of the original purchase.  Items must be returned with all original packaging and in resale condition.  Please call first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization # and arrange shipment.

Many items include manufacturer's warranty.  Any item which has a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.  Please call us to inquire about making arrangements which will vary by company.

**Special Notes On All Cue Sales!**

Cue returns will ONLY be accepted within the first thirty (30) days after purchase IF they have not been used.  Any cue which has obvious signs of play such as chalk etc. will not be accepted for return. 
This does not pertain to manufacturing defects.

All other returns which fall under the above guidelines will be accepted as per our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!
