Terrific Togs accepts returns on full price merchandise that is in unworn and TAGGED condition returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit valid for 30 days after return date.

A copy of the packing slip/invoice must be included with your return. Please contact us either via phone during business hours or Email Us for a return authorization. Items returned without approval will be returned to sender.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. We will happily exchange for size within 14 days though if it is available!!! We understand fit can be hard and we would like to be as accommodating as reasonably possible. Thanks!

We cannot be responsible for any garments after WASHING. Any clothes or items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at your expense. HOW DO I EXCHANGE SOMETHING? If you need to make an exchange, you have two options:

Return your item with a note inside stating the exchanges you would like. If the items are in stock, when we receive the returns, we will gladly exchange your items.

OR

Place a new order for the item you would like to exchange which will ensure that you receive the item you want. When we receive the return, a refund will be submitted.
