Inventory and Stock Status - It is our policy to show most items on our website in stock at all times. If an item is backordered for a substantial period of time (3-4 weeks) we will notify you. All orders will ship out minus the backordered item with notification in your package. Backordered item will ship out as soon as it is in stock. We recommend that you email or call us to verify inventory information if an item you wish to purchase is time critical.
Return Policy
A full refund will be given for all defective items. Requests for Return must be made within 10 days of the delivery and is required for all returns. Approved returns must be received in our offices within 7 days.
To return items to The Urban Beader, follow these steps:
Within 10 days of delivery, call our Toll Free line at 888.578.2450 and ask to speak to a representative about a return.
A representative will assign you a Return Authorization Request Code.
Package and ship the items (in bubble wrap or padding, along with the Return Authorization Request Code) to this address:

The package must arrive within 7 days after your Return Request Code is assigned for you to receive a refund.
The product must be received in the same condition you received them.
