Shipping Details: All items are mailed via USPS with Signature Confirmation. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the item ships. Delivery times for all items are listed in each item's detail/specifics on its product page. It states when your item will arrive. |
Return Policy: | Personalized items can only be returned if damaged in transit via USPS. Money/gift cards, subscriptions and food cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if A. you have called or emailed us with your concern and B. if we have accepted your concern and provided you with a RN return number. You will be given the return instructions via email if your concern is accepted. |
