Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We ship via FedEx ground for a flat rate of $9.95 per item.
Q: What if I don't like the results?
A: If you receive defective or damaged product, we will replace or refund your returned item(s) right away. However, placement and size of personalization is left to the discretion of our designers. Likewise, the color of our products as displayed on your monitor may vary from actual product. We cannot accept returns for color or personalization size/placement. We will gladly replace or refund product if we have misspelled the personalization you requested.
