Shipping Info
We want you to get your Hip Kid Art as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. We process orders daily and ship using Federal Express Ground Service. Because each piece is hand-designed we ask that you give us 2 weeks to get your order to you. Hip Kid Art ships to all 50 United States. Returns/Exchange Info
Because your canvas was made just for you, we regret that we canšt accept returns. If you receive a canvas that is damaged please call us immediately at 1-800-956-3989 so we can remedy the situation for you. If you purchased your HipKidArt product from one of our retailers please consult them regarding their return policy.

Color
Please note that every monitor shows color differently and our colors may appear innacurately on your monitor. We do our best to adequately describe our colors in the product description. If you have any questions about color please call us at 1-800-956-3989 before you place your order.

Sales Tax
6.50% sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Washington.

Gift Card Info
If your order includes a gift, and you would like us to ship directly to the recipient - we will gladly include a gift card from Toccare Design at no additional cost. Please email us your requested gift card message, along with your order confirmation number to sales@hipkidart.com.
