Our Policies Valley Office Furniture does not accept returns nor issue refunds on orders placed in error by the customer. All costs Valley Office Furniture is unable to recoup on special orders will be due at the time of cancellation and may be automatically taken from the deposit. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. We will replace any furniture damaged due to freight when noted at the time of delivery. A $25.00 service charge will be applied on all returned checks, to be paid by money order, cashiers check or cash. All sales are final. No refund, in store credit only.
