Welcome to Waterfall Beef
We offer premium grass-fed, grass-finished beef from our homegrown herd. You'll find just what you're looking for in our thick-cut steaks, beautiful roasts, supper-simmers, and lean ground beef. At this time of the year we generally run out of most of our cuts, and this year is no exception. We are down to our lean and very fine Top Loin Strip Steaks! Enjoy them while they last, and look forward to July, when we'll be fully stocked once more.

Our price is the same as it was twelve years ago - you pay the processor, we deliver for free*.
Our cattle are born here at Waterfall Hollow Farm in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, and raised on organic pastures grazing a variety of grasses, clovers, and native herbs. They drink sparkling sweet Ozark Mountain water. The whole herd is naturally healthy, happy, and calm. Our cattle never receive antibiotics or synthetic hormones, are never fed animal-source feeds, and are never confined.
Our production methods meet or exceed the standards for the American Grassfed Association, Animal Welfare Approved, and Certified Humane. Our beef steers are finished on green, growing pasture, and thus are harvested only in the summer and fall.
We grow our steers BIG! This enhances the tenderness, the flavor, and the nutritional content of the beef. 100% USDA-inspected, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. We look forward to serving you! Dave and Lisa
