If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed (Normally within 24 hours), there is not a charge for the cancellation. Otherwise a 15% restock fee will apply.

Shipping- Most of our larger items cannot be shipped by a parcel service it is just simply to big or heavy. A trucking company (common carrier) is the delivery method of choice for the items. The carrier will only unload to curbside , they will only deliver between the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. by appointment. Please make sure you have adequate help with moving the items.

If you have purchased a bathroom vanity or granite table top please inspect the goods before the carrier leaves and you sign off on it. If there are damages, please refuse shipment and return it right then, or you will not be able to return item.  The reason for this is that is hard for us to prove that is was damaged in shipping, and collect the insurance for damaged items.
