Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What if the download is interrupted, or I need to download my products at a later date or time? A: If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, or if you return to the site at a later time for your download, you may get to the download area in the following way: Click on "Sign In" Enter your email address and password. (Or click on "lost password" if necessary). Click on "Service" Click on "Download Product Files" The files you purchased should be available for download there - simply click on the file.
