In 1912, the Japanese Government sent a gift of 3,000 Cherry Blossom trees to the United States. They were planted around the Tidal Basin in Washington DC and quickly became a favorite tourist attraction. Over the years thousands of visitors to DC have enjoyed their beauty. Captured here is a charm depicting a tree in bloom. Gold tone with pink Swarovski crystals worn on a gold tone bracelet.
