Return Policy: Our customers are very important to us and we strive to assure quality items with excellent service. Please call us before you return your order. 202-333-2979.

Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase, when accompanied by a valid receipt and in original condition.

Sorry, we do not accept returns of special orders, engraved or sized items, or merchandise altered in any way. Campaign merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in original box.

We are a small business and we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.

Gift Wrapping:

As always, our ANN HAND signature box is complimentary and is included in every order.

For items OVER $150, Gold Gift Wrap is Complimentary. This is Ann's gift to you.

For items UNDER $150 the gold wrap is NOT included. If you would like the Gold Wrap, please call us at 202-333-2979 and we will be glad to include it in your order for a charge of $5.50 per item.
