Availability Most of the items we offer are one-of-a-kind. If there is more than one available, the quantity will be listed in the product description. Custom Orders If you would like us to transform your own vintage linens into a treasured pillow or other keepsake, we gladly accept custom orders. Prices are based on the size and scope of your project. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs in more detail. Forms of Payment We accept credit card or money transfers through Paypal, a safe and secure online payment environment. If you do not currently have a Paypal account, it is easy to enroll, and there is no cost associated with using this service. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Items are normally shipped within 3 days after payment is received. Those paid by personal check will be held until the check clears, typically within 7 business days. We hope to be able to offer direct credit card payment in the near future. For Massachusetts residents, a 5% sales tax will be added to the purchase price. Materials Every Attic Threads creation is hand fashioned with special care using carefully selected vintage linens that have been appropriately cleaned and are free of major imperfections. Please keep in mind that these old fabrics are rich in history and by nature are not perfect. They may have a tiny spot or just a bit of missing embroidery. We believe these minor quirks only add to their quaint charm and appeal. We hope you will agree. Our pillows are either stuffed with new polyester fiberfill and stitched closed, or have a removable polyfill insert that allows the cover to be cleaned. Due to their delicate nature, we recommend that all vintage fabrics be either spot cleaned or gently hand washed and air-dried. Return Policy Please bear in mind that our items are either vintage or created from vintage materials that may have some mild wear. That is part of their appeal. Any significant flaws will be clearly noted in the product description. With that said, our goal is satisfy our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase and return it in its original condition within 10 days, we will refund the item's cost minus all shipping and handling charges. Shipping Purchases are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Charges are based on package weight and the cost is automatically added to your order. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Costs are as follow: $1.35 for up to $50; $2.30 for $50.01-$100; $3.35 for $100.01-$200. Great care is taken in packaging your items to ensure that they arrive safely, but we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your purchase once it has been shipped.
