The Aconcagua is a shining example of how amazing El Salvador Pacamaras can be. It is loaded with thick and sryupy dark fruits like raisins, dried black mission figs and medjool dates. It has a luxurious mouthfeel that cascades in waves of pleasure across your tongue. There are layers upon layers upon magical layers of sweetness that reveal over time and linger in the beautiful finish. The opening bars build from the white flesh peach and orange blossom notes directly into a crescendo of darker dried fruits. There are notes of sweet virginia trobacco, black currants and orange honey. It is a very juicy, complexly flavored and lush tropical coffee. It is perfectly clean and gloriously sweet acidity with thick and rounded mouthfeel.
