Beehouse Pourover dripper-small
SMALL BEEHOUSE COFFEE DRIPPER fits on the top of your teapot so it can be used to brew coffee. What is great about the coffee dripper by Beehouse is that it has an opening at the base to let you check the water level of the pot below without moving the dripper.
It's designed to hold enough ground coffee to make 1-2 cups. It will fit any Bee House teapot whose lid measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. It will also fit the top of any mug that is between 3 inches to 3.5 inches in diameter.
The base is 4 inches long by 3 inches wide. The inside of the small dripper is 2-1/4 inches deep x 3 inches wide x 3-1/2 inches long at the top and tapers down towards the base at a 45 degree angle. It holds 1/2 cup of liquid.

Chemex-Filters
Chemex pre-folded oxygen cleansed square filters. We have found these give far better taste than the unbleached ones.
Chemex® filters are 20-30% heavier than competitive brands. They remove even the finest sediment particles as well as the undesirable oils and fats. The formulation of the filter permits the proper infusion time by regulating the filtration rate - not to slow, not too fast. Good infusion of the coffee grounds (as in brewing and steeping tea) gives coffee a richer flavor while at the same time making possible precise fractional extraction filtering out the undesirable components which make coffee bitter by allowing only the desirable flavor elements of the coffee bean to pass through.
The Chemex® filter is folded into a cone shape, exactly as in laboratory techniques. This assures uniform extraction since the water filters through all the grounds on its way to the apex of the cone. Espresso is a .75-1 oz. (1.5-2oz for double shot) beverage prepared from 7 to 10 grams of coffee (14-20 grams for double) through which clean water of 198- 204F (92-95C) has been forced at 9-10 atmospheres of pressure, and where the grind of the coffee is such that the brewing flow time is approximately 20-30 seconds. While brewing, the flow of espresso will appear to have the viscosity of warm honey and the resulting beverage will exhibit a thick dark, golden tiger-flecked crema. Espresso should be prepared specifically for, and immediately served to its intended consumer.
Anything else is just a hot brown beverage.
