Maestro home coffee grinder
The Maestro is an excellent entry level coffee grinder that makes good flat bottom or pour over coffee at home. It has an adjustable grind collar and nice quality conical burrs.
The Maestro Conical Burr Grinder is one of the most eye pleasing grinders on the market, but the beauty isn’t skin deep. Inside is the heart of a great grinder that can grind coffee beans for many styles of coffee, whether it is pour over, drip coffee maker, or press pot. The Maestro was originally introduced in 2001 with lots of innovative features. In March 2007, the Maestro was upgraded to include increased range of adjustment, an innovative calibration system, a new powerful DC motor and other improvements.
The Maestro makes good pour over and flat bottom drip but is not course or consistent enough for french press. It does NOT have enough adjustments for good espresso. The Virtuoso is the grinder to buy if you want to make anything from turkish to french press and want excelelnt grind particle size consistency.

Sumatra Gayoland Decaf 12oz
Warm and sultry butter heaviness rounded and smooth with heavy syrupy mouthfeel and low toned caramel and cinnamon notes. Just a touch of citrus to brighten it up. So dang thick and sticky you'll swear it's not decaf. Very complex caramel tongue wrap. Dash in a little hibiscus and sweet peas and you got it dialed.

Espresso is a .75-1 oz. (1.5-2oz for double shot) beverage prepared from 7 to 10 grams of coffee (14-20 grams for double) through which clean water of 198- 204F (92-95C) has been forced at 9-10 atmospheres of pressure, and where the grind of the coffee is such that the brewing flow time is approximately 20-30 seconds. While brewing, the flow of espresso will appear to have the viscosity of warm honey and the resulting beverage will exhibit a thick dark, golden tiger-flecked crema. Espresso should be prepared specifically for, and immediately served to its intended consumer.
Anything else is just a hot brown beverage.

The Aconcagua is a shining example of how amazing El Salvador Pacamaras can be. It is loaded with thick and sryupy dark fruits like raisins, dried black mission figs and medjool dates. It has a luxurious mouthfeel that cascades in waves of pleasure across your tongue. There are layers upon layers upon magical layers of sweetness that reveal over time and linger in the beautiful finish. The opening bars build from the white flesh peach and orange blossom notes directly into a crescendo of darker dried fruits.
