Barefoot Coffee Roasters' customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers with the best coffee, roasted to order, and shipped within 48 hours to ensure freshness and quality. We roast every week, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday may not ship until the following Monday, depending on our stock on hand at the end of the production week. Certain coffees (Rare Estate, Auction) are only roasted once per week and orders containing those coffees may have an additional delay to ensure our customers receive the freshest coffee possible.
