Barefoot Coffee Roasters' customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers with the best coffee, roasted to order, and shipped within 48 hours to ensure freshness and quality. 

Barefoot Coffee roasts all orders to order and ships the same day it is roasted.

All online orders are ONLY shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Orders received between Thursday at 9:00 am and Tuesday morning at 9:00 am will ship Tuesday.

  • Orders received between Tuesday at 9:00 am and Thursday morning at 9:00 am will ship Thursday.

Certain coffees (Rare Estate, Auction) are only roasted once per week and orders containing those coffees may have an additional delay to ensure our customers receive the freshest coffee possible. Contact us at websales@barefootcoffeeroasters.com or call 408-248-4500 if you have any questions.
