Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is Auto-Ship?
A: If you would like to have your product(s) automatically shipped to you every 6 weeks, select YES to the Auto-Ship option when making a purchase. There are no shipping fees for items that are auto-shipped. By choosing Auto-Ship, you authorize us to charge your credit card for this item including any applicable sales tax prior to each automatic shipment. You may opt out of this program at any time by replying to the invoice that is emailed to you prior to your next shipment. Please note that shipping fees are adjusted after you confirm your purchase and may not be reflected on your initial invoice.

Q: How do I return a purchase?
A: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email Lori at lori@bodytherapyservices.com and inform her of your issue. To help us process your email, always include your purchase reference number in the email subject line.
