The unfortunate truth, though, is that sometimes things go wrong.  If there is a problem with the order please E-mail or call us immediately.  We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel an order, please call us (334) 393-7627 within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time we may not be able to make any changes.  If your package has already been mailed, it will be subject to return charges.  If the package has been packed and postage applied to the box, you will be charged the S&H we have invested.
