Our Return Policy
Damaged items:
While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage, and retain the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, do the following:
a) Contact your local UPS/USPS office for a Damage Inspection report
b) Do not accept the package and request that UPS return the merchandise to the address listed on package, or in case op USPS send us the merchandise and we will refund you the shipping costs, ( regular delivery)
c) Contact our returns department within 3 days of your receiving date via E-mail or phone for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
d) We will either send a new shipment of the order when we have received the damaged goods, or issue either a store credit or chargeback your credit card.
Discrepancies:
Any claims for damages or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to us within three (3) business days after delivery. You can notify us in one of two ways: by either e-mail: customerservice@chericherie.com or telephone 1+ (480) 615 0178.
Once notified of an error, we then will issue a return authorization number which you will need to include with a letter within your shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
Please follow the instructions on our return form, included with your order, to ship back the merchandise.

Please include your full information within the return letter:
Your full name, street address ( no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Country, phone number, e-mail address, original order number, return authorization number and the reason for your return.
Returns for other reasons:
We do not issues refunds in any case other than damaged or wrong items.
If you wish to exchange your order, however, we can issue a store credit. Please call us as above for a return authorization number within 3 days of receiving your order. Once you receive authorization, you must send the entire correct original order back to receive your store credit. We regret we cannot refund your money in these cases, nor the cost of shipping. Once we receive your order, the store credit will be sent to you via e-mail and can be used in a future purchase, within 90 days of issuance.
