REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide the best customer service possible.  Our goal is to honor our commitment to quality and satisfaction.  However, due to the specialty and nature of our classes, services and products, we consider all sales to be final and nonrefundable.

Products and Membership
All sales of product such as Memberships, Staff Training Manuals, Waivers, Administrative Tools and Media are final and nonrefundable.  However, a credit for future purchases may be issued if a product is damaged or defective.

Course Registrations
Fees for class registrations are nonrefundable.  If you are unable to attend your selected Live Class we are happy to transfer registration fees to another class or attendee with advance notice.  Please note the start time of each class you are scheduled to attend.  Attendees who arrive to class late may lose their seat to walk-in registrations.  Community Care Options will provide advance notice if a class should be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment.

Damaged Products 
If you have purchased a product from Community Care Options and it is damaged or defective please call us at (530) 894-2114 or email us at communitycareoptions@usa.net within three (3) business days so that we may assist you in replacing the item or establishing a credit.  A credit will be kept on file by Community Care Options and may be used toward the purchase of any other product(s), class or conference sold by Community Care Options.
