of paramount importance to us. We never sell, or share our customer information with anyone, at
any time, for any reason!
Do you have a catalog?
Yes. We have an e-catalog in PDF format that is sent to your email inbox. PDF files require the free Adobe Reader. To
insure delivery to your inbox, please make sure that your email inbox is not full and that you

a minimum order amount?
Yes. The minimum amount for placing an order is $39.
Does the minimum order amount include the
shipping charges?
No.
Do you guarantee your plants?
Yes. You and those who receive your gift plants must be thrilled. Ecolage plants are guaranteed
to be healthy, true to name, and arrive safely. Should our plants fall short of your expectations
upon arrival, we'll restore your confidence with either an appropriate replacement or a full
refund whichever you prefer.

How can I pay for my order?

We process your order immediately to reserve your plants. Orders received after 1:00pm CST on
Friday may be processed the following Monday morning - save Saturday Next Day Delivery.

Will I need an email address when I order

Optional. However, if you'd like to receive a sales receipt and the UPS tracking number via email when your
order ships, it's required. Note: Printed Sales Receipts are enclosed in the Packing List, save
Gift Orders. To insure delivery to your inbox, please make sure that your email inbox is not full
and that you have added Ecolage to your approved senders list, or address book as necessary.

Your credit card's CVV* number - Required for phone orders.

* The CVV number is the 3-4 digit number on the back of your card just after the last 4 digits of
your credit card number. It's an exclusive number assigned to your card. Giving us this number
assures us that you have the credit card in-hand when ordering.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to, or placed from within the State of Louisiana, will be charged 9% sales
tax.

Which company do you use to ship your
plants?
We ship via United Parcel Service. UPS requires a street address for delivery. If at all
possible, please provide an address where a recipient is available during the day.

How are the Shipping + Handling costs
determined?
Costs are determined by your zip code - the distance you are from us here in Lake Charles,
Louisiana, and the quantity and weight [actual + dimensional] of the plants you've selected.

How will I know if my order has been shipped

Your UPS Tracking Number is emailed to you on the day your order is shipped.
Can I leave a special delivery message for my
order?
Yes. Simply use the Customer Message box during the check-out process if you have any special
shipping and delivery instructions.
What if I've submitted an incorrect Ship To
address and my
order has already shipped?
Please make sure that you have provided the correct address and ZIP code for your delivery. We
cannot be held responsible for delivery problems that arise from incorrect addresses. You will be
charged $10 if UPS has to pick up the order and redeliver your package to the correct address.
What size plants do you ship compared to
other mail order
nurseries?
We ship large plants in 1-5 gallon-sized containers that tend to weigh more. Many of our plants are 3-4'! Plants that can ship in 12"x12"x36" box or smaller are shipped by "Actual Weight" by UPS. Plants that require a 12"x12"x48" are shipped by "Dimensional Weight".
What do I do if my order arrives
