A naturally smoked cheddar using seasoned apple and cherry wood. It is made from our Cheddar, and has the flavor,color, and aroma you would expect to find in a premium smoked cheddar. It won a silver medal at American CheeseSociety in 2004 and a gold medal in 2006.
