Courier service is also available upon request. With Grand Prix Tickets, when do they arrive? Majority of promoters and circuits release their allocations overseas 21 days before the start of their race weekend. All ticketrs are sent to us by courier hand delivery with a signature, we in turn send them on or have them sent direct to the client anywhere they wish them to be sent. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? Please allow 3 days for the Australian delivery, 6 days to New Zealand with all other International destinations 8 to 12 days guaranteed. Can I exchange my product or receive a refund if I am unhappy with my purchase? We exchange. No refunds. Crdit notes are available with a predetermined expiry date. The exchange policy is based on the item being returned with receipt of purchase and in the same condition as when the item was purchased.
