After selling her creations to a few boutiques and several successful trunk shows, Ashley Schenkein discovered her passion for jewelry design. Her hobby was soon transformed into a career. Today, her work is carried by a growing number of galleries and boutiques throughout the United States.
Ashley's creations involve dynamic combinations of semi-precious, and precious gemstones, diamonds, pearls, sterling, oxidized sterling, gold and gold fill. The sense of beauty inherent in her jewelry allows them to be worn on special occasions or as everyday signature pieces. All of her designs use organic shapes in a variety of compositions to reflect her passion for discovery through nature and travel. Ashley's creations never dominate because they are designed to complement the unique qualities in women and enhance their natural beauty. Ashley has studied at the Revere Academy of Jewelry in San Francisco. She has also traveled throughout South America, where she has studied design and apprenticed with various artists.
