Canine Performance Fuels offers the following policies:

RETURNS POLICY:  No returns on raw products. Dog Bloom products may only be returned if the safety tapes or strips are unbroken. Collars, leads, hardware and other similar items may be returned. Please contact us via email for a return authorization, giving the reason for your return request. If it is a quality issue, we will pay the return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.

SHIPPING POLICY:  We are no longer able to accept orders going to Washington,Oregon, Montana, Western Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California or Idaho from June through mid-September due to heat concerns. These are 4 and 5 day service lanes for both FedEx and UPS. If you live in one of these states, please accept our apologies and plan to order frozen meat products during the cooler months and stock up to make it through the hot summer months. We may also, at our discretion, add other locations to this summer policy depending on heat projections at the time. We will ship perishables on Monday and Tuesday only.  FOR ORDERS OVER 70 POUNDS, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING RATES, OUR RATE CALCULATOR IS UNABLE TO GIVE A SHIPPING ESTIMATE ON ORDERS OVER 70 POUNDS.
