Every clutch available at Classic Clutches is a vintage item. It is important to understand that vintage is never brand new. That is what gives each clutch its charm; the handbags have a history. Signs of wear on the handbags should be expected. While some of the clutches may have never actually been used, they will still have wear from storage and the majority of them have wear from use. We have rated the condition of each clutch. Below is the list of terms used to assess the condition of each clutch.

*Mint: The clutch is as perfect as when it was originally made and shows minimal signs of wear.

*Near Mint: The clutch shows only the slightest signs of wear.

*Excellent: The clutch shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.

*Very Good: The clutch is considered wearable, but has some surface flaws, for example, staining or scrapes.

*Good: The clutch is wearable, but cannot be returned to excellent condition even if repairs are made.
