BL400B Blocks view from below by tilting the blades forward. Welding the blades at this angle will act as an equipment vision screen and block the view from below, but will not block wind driven rain. This sample is a 4" front flange frame style, but the forward tilted blades can be specified also for the 4" channel frame style.
