We have designed our extrusions with an eye for detail. The edges on the 2" depth frame are rounded for a pleasing appearance. The frame is miter cut at 45 degrees to give the classic look. The corners are designed with an aluminum corner key to add strength. The blades are designed with a rain guard lip at the top and are pop riveted at 45 degree angles. The 4" depth angle frame louvers are welded and are miter cut. The 4" channel frame louvers are also welded for strength.
