Items ordered usually ship within 3 days of placement.
However-
Because Sun Moon Stars Herbals is a small company and we keep in-shop stock low to provide you with the freshest product possible,
Orders of 10 or more of one product may subject to a longer wait time.
If this is the case, we will notify you immediately.

Our return policy is simple- if you don't like our product, return it within 5 days for a refund.

Our disclaimer is this- These Products are not a substitute for Medical Attention when Necessary. We test all products ourselves, regularly.
PLEASE read all ingredients on ALL products- we list them to keep you safe.

If you have allergies to any ingredients in our products- please don't use them. (a big one is Chamomile with Asthmatics.) If they disagree with you, discontinue use.

If you have High Blood Pressure make sure our products are safe for you. Don't use our Salt Scrubs.
