This unlikely relative to the turnip in grown nearly exclusively in Japan, Korea and Taiwan and is used in many Chinese receipts. Sometimes called Spinach Mustard it has dark, shiny green leaves. They can be harvested at any stage and when young are used much like spinach and when they are more mature they are normally used like cabbage. It can be used in stir fries, pickled or boiled.
