Dirty Works wants to offer its customer innovation and quality at a low price. All of our refurbished markers have been tested and optimized through a rigorous 22-step process to ensure reliability and durability any athlete is looking for on the field.

How It Works:

Dirty Works has 2 different kinds of refurbished markers, ones that have upgraded parts on them and those that do not. How does this benefit you? It allows customers a chance to bundle the cost instead of buying items separately, saving you time and money. Dirty Works prides itself on finding ways of combining quality and innovation at staggeringly or staggering low prices. 

Note: All upgrades on these markers have gone through the same 22-step process.

Dirty Works wants to ensure customer satisfaction by offering something not yet offered by retailers in our industry at such a low price. Our certified technicians inspect all our markers and additions before clearing them for resale. All of our refurbished markers are a once in a lifetime buy. Note: By purchases any refurbished marker you agree to the terms, conditions and policies stated under such sections. We advise customers to read all policies before purchasing any of our products.

Consumer’s Promises and Assurances:

In order to keep this Contract in forces during its term, You must maintain the Product in accordance with the service requirements set forth by the manufacture’s specifications, including cleaning and maintenance. You must promise and assure (1) full cooperation with the Administrator, technicians, and authorized services during diagnosis and repair of the Product; (2) accessibility of the Product; (3) that the Product is not used for business or commercial purposes; and (4) that You will provide written notice of any defect or deficiency in service within 90 days of discovery.

Return Policy:

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days guns, tanks, or any other products must be unused and unopened to receive a refund or exchange. If any factory seals have been broken on the box or merchandise DIRTY WORKS will not qualify you for a refund or exchange. DIRTY WORKS will not accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alteration. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and color only, if available in stock. All tags must be intact and included, along with all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards. If you do not have your original packing list please provide the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in process the return.

Note: Paintballs and lubricants cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

DIRTY WORKS is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Note: Please contact DIRTY WORKS via email that product has been damaged and return or exchanged is necessary. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your notice. Please include in the email name, address, telephone number, and detailed description on the issue with the merchandise. Members will receive a prepaid mailing label via email.

Buy Back Program:

Dirty Works wants to take customer service one step further by offering customers a chance to sell their old gear for extra cash. Dirty Works will buy back your product (provided it is in good working order), unlike other trade-in programs or other used product marketplaces, which won't take a product, or offer a reasonable price, if there isn't a lot of demand for the product. And what makes our buy back program different from others. We pay in cash.

Your product must be in good working condition to receive the maximum amount back for your marker. If the product is damaged or defective, you may receive a reduced buy back amount or nothing if it is substantially impaired.

Markers will be given one of three classifications:

GOOD or FAIR: The marker is fully functional with no technical problems, and only a few scratches due to normal use. If the condition of the marker is Good or Fair, you'll receive a higher buy back amount.

POOR: The marker has one or more of these issues: Minor functional damage or product failure that can be easily repaired; and more than normal visible wear and tear, including cracks, dents, scratches, dirt, user-added stickers and other signs of use. If the condition is Poor, you will receive less buy back amount then if the marker was in good or fair condition.

SUBSTANTIALLY IMPAIRED: The marker has one or more of these issues: It has functional damage or product failure that affects its ability to perform its function or impairs its use and cannot be easily repaired; it has been recalled by its manufacturer, and has not been repaired or replaced previously; it has water damage or damage from other fluids; it shows indications of a serial number modification; it has insect/rodent infestation/damage…etc All damage described in this case must be repaired either under manufacturer warranty or service plan, or at your cost, at your request. If the marker is considered to be Substantially Impaired, the product will be considered a special case, in which technicians, after examining the product, will provide options of how to continue with the repair of the damage or to continue the buy back.
