Extended Warranty's and Shield Policy:

How it Works:

Dirty Works offers 2 kinds of protection, Extended Warranties and Shields. Extended Warranties only extend the manufacture warranty. This means that it only covers manufacture defects, see the Terms below for details. Shield, however, covers accident forgiveness to better suit the customer’s needs. This covers any form of accidents that can possibly happen when on the field, see Terms below for details. Being the only company offering this kind of protection, Dirty Works wants to show its dedication to customer service and care for the customer’s product. Customer’s can purchase 1 Year or 2 Years in either the Extended Warranty or the Shield. Both Warranties and Shield contracts are shipped with the product. If you find the product to be defective or broken in a way that falls under the terms and conditions please email us and let us know, we will repair or replace the product as soon as possible free of charge.

 

DIRTY WORKS believes solely in providing quality, performance, and reassurance to all of its athletes and customers who purchase our products. DIRTY WORKS has taken this one step further in being one of the only companies in the industry offering extended protection on SELECT products. We believe this offers a chance for peace of mind for years to come on the satisfaction of the product.

 

Note: These terms and conditions together with the receipt or other proof of purchase of the product and contract covering the product shall collectively constitute the entire contract relating to Your coverage. Your Sales Receipt describes the covered product and the duration of the Contract.

 

Warranties and Shields are to reassure that your marker and regulator are free from defects in materials and workmanship and to provide a piece of mind that will last through the years. This does not mean basic maintenance and up keep should be ignored or disregarded (See Customer Promise and Assurance Section). Disposable parts (batteries, o-rings, springs, seals, etc.) are not covered under our Extended Warranty, however they are covered under our Shield policy. Extended Warranties and Shields do not cover surface damages (scratches and nicks), misuse, improper disassembly and re-assembly, attempts made to drill holes or remove metal from the external surfaces which could degrade performance and reduce pressure safety factors of the marker. Using improper lubricant may result in voiding Your Extended Warranty but not your Shield Contract as specified by your manufacture. Using Teflon tape will void Your Contract. Extended Warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts with the customer paying only shipping costs. Extended Warranties are non-transferable however Shields can be transferable to the appropriate product. ANY upgraded parts put on Your marker after the initial purchase and that was not installed or sent prior to the purchase will not be covered in Your Contract.

 

Note: Time of repair, is determined by our technicians and what exactly is wrong with the purchased product. Once our technicians have evaluated the damaged product we will contact you for time of repair.

 

Added Benefits For Shield Owners:

 

Shield allows customers to have the protection of warranties with an added bonus. All shield owners will be given accident forgiveness. This added feature shows our commitment to customer satisfaction in a way other companies do not. Accident forgiveness covers things that may not be covered in a normal warranty or any other form of protection, thing's such as: o-rings, springs, seals, all electronics and thread damage etc. This covers any form of damage that can happen on the field, bringing you piece of mind and satisfaction of the product. We guarantee customer satisfaction. Adding upgrades to your marker does not void Your Shield contract.

 

Note: Shield does not cover surface damages such as scratches or marks on the outside of the gun.

 

Product Repair:

 

Warranties and Shields are for SELECT products only. You may only purchase protection for those products that have that option available. In order to return products under warranty you must have a copy of the warranty and the receipt. A copy must be sent in with the damaged or broken product in order to receive repair or replacement. Failure to produce the warranty and receipt nullifies the Contract and we do not have to honor the conditions under which You purchased Your warranty.

 

Your Product will be restored to normal operating condition after it has failed during normal use. The Contract covers the cost of all labor and parts necessary to repair or replace Your product for problems due to functional part failures. We will provide new, rebuilt, or refurbished product of equal or similar features and functionality (not necessarily at the same retail purchase price as original product). All defective products will become Our property, should we unilaterally elect to exercise Our rights to the property.

 

Note: We are not obligated to renew Your contract.

 

When repairing Products, genuine factory parts will be used whenever possible; however the use of non-original manufacture and re-manufactured parts is allowed under this contract. We want to stress the importance of gun maintenance and cleaning. Extended Warranties do not cover thread damage not caused by normal wear and tear or manufacture defect but it is covered under our Shield policy. Any water damage to gun boards or electrical parts is not covered under our Extended Warranty but it is covered under our Shield protection. Damage caused by debris, rocks, dirt or any foreign particles inside the gun or around the bolt causing to scrape along the walls of the gun is not covered in Your Contract (however it is covered in our shield policy). Failure to follow these guidelines stated in Your contract will make Your contract void and we no longer have an obligation to replace, repair or warranty the damaged product. Customer should be aware of safe operating temperature when using C02 or compressed air tanks. Any defects caused by temperature, are not covered in Your Extended Warranty however it is covered in through our Shield policy. Customers should read instruction before using C02 or compressed air tanks. Paint damages, scratches to barrels or the gun itself, dirt stains or any damage to the outside of the gun not effecting operational condition to Your product under warranty is not covered in Your contract. Any upgrades or add-ons to the product under shield protection DOES NOT VOID the protection of the product; HOWEVER we will NOT replace or repair any damaged upgrades or add-ons that were not sent with the product at the time of purchase or installed by Dirty Works. When repairing the damaged gun, in order to repair it to manufacture operating conditions the upgrades will be removed and sent back with the gun. We will not keep any additional parts or upgrades but it is the customer’s job to reattach the upgrades or add-ons to the product under our Shield policy. If we find that a customer’s product has been returned on MORE then TWO occasions with the same upgrades or add-ons causing the gun to faultier or become damaged, Your contract will be void and we no longer have to honor Your shield protection.


Note: It is important to remember that Shield is a full coverage warranty.

Lemon Policy:

We will replace a Product or part should the same major failure occur to the product or part and require a service call on three separate occasions with in twelve-month period after the Contract commencement date. Replacement shall be with a product of comparable type, quality and functionality, but not necessarily brand or color. Replacement will be authorized after the product is repaired for the second time and upon the occurrence of the third repair request. Validation by a technician of product failure is required prior to replacement. Your Contract remains in force upon replacement of the product under this Lemon Policy.

 

Consumer’s Promises and Assurances:

In order to keep this Contract in forces during its term, You must maintain the Product in accordance with the service requirements set forth by the manufacture’s specifications, including cleaning and maintenance. You must promise and assure (1) full cooperation with the Administrator, technicians, and authorized services during diagnosis and repair of the Product; (2) accessibility of the Product; (3) that the Product is not used for business or commercial purposes; and (4) that You will provide written notice of any defect or deficiency in service within 90 days of discovery.

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Dirty Works is offering limited lifetime warranties on all pressure tester sold by Dirty Works. This warranty ONLY applies to pressure testers as stated under this contract. This warranty is to reassure that your products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and to provide a piece of mind that will last through the years. This does not mean basic maintenance and up keep should be ignored or disregarded. If this product fails to provide complete satisfaction or fails for any reason it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Again this is on SELECT products. This warranty lasts for the duration of the products life cycle and may be void if the manufacture should discontinue the product. Tampering or altering the products, design, workmanship, and use of the product may void this contract.

Lifetime Warranty:

Dirty Works offers lifetime warranty for SELECT product only. Lifetime warranties are on Pinokio boards and motors. If those items should fail for any reason we will replace them free of charge. In the case it did not provide 100% customer satisfaction we will return with no restocking fee.
