The Baryonyx was a carnivorous dinosaur related to the famous Spinosaurus. It is believed to have grown to lengths exceeding 30 feet, and this replica is similarly impressive at nearly one full foot long. Like other Deluxe figures by Procon, it is larger, better painted, and more intricately detailed than their standard figures. The Baryonyx is thought to be the Cretaceaous equivalent of a grizzly bear, snatching fish from the water with its large claws and trapping them within its elongated jaw, featuring the distinctive maxillary "kink".
