Smaller than most sauropods, the Amargasaurus is instantly recognizable from the spines running along its neck and back. Some believe the spines were as they appear in this depiction, while others contend that it supported a thin sail. The exact purpose of this structure is unknown. This impressive dicraeosaur may have grown to lengths in excess of 30 feet, but this figure is very desktop friendly at 8.5" long. Attractively adorned with handpainted patterns, this exotic herbivore is a must-have for any collector.
