Elen's Candles is a family owned and operated business located in Kittery Maine since 2005.

Elen's Candles is a business born from the love of candles. We have been burning candles for most of our lives, which allowed us to test various types of candles. 

We became interested in making our own candles after being dissatisfied with the other scented candle brands we had purchased. The scents never lasted, the wicks burned improperly, and the jars tunneled and left black soot in the jars.

When we started researching candle manufacturing, we realized that natural wax from soybeans and other vegetables was being used more consistently than paraffin wax.

We decided from the start that we were going to do our part to help the environment by using all natural waxes from plants grown right here in America.

Our goal for Elen's Candles is to make candle lovers happy, especially our customers.

They are each hand poured using all natural soy vegetable wax, coreless self trimming wicks, the purest fragrances available, and are individually checked for quality before they are even considered available to our customers.

We hope that all of our hard work is apparent in the quality, which in turn will speak for itself.
