Paisley Patches offers the following Returns Policy: Discussion with Paisley Patches support personnel is required before any return. Please email us at thoughts@paisleypatches.com with any questions or problems. We will be glad to work with you as much as possible to resolve any issues you might have. Due to custom orders and personalization orders, we cannot accept returns on specially ordered items or personalized orders, such  as names, initials or logos, unless manufacturer defect is found. Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice before confirming your order.

Q: What is your shipping time?

A: Because each one of our products is a custom created product, with lots' of TLC..... Your ordered item may take 6-8 business days before it is shipped out. But once your order reaches shipping, the process is usually faster. Depending on your state/country standard shipping time is approx 3 to 14 days. We do not typically offer overnight shipping options, due to our products being a custom made product.
    We do offer a "Rush" option at an additional cost. This option means instead of taking 6-8 days In-house processing time before your order goes to shipping, that in-house processing time is cut to 2 business days in house processing. To add a rush to your order, you can choose the "Extra Services" option on our home page, then add "Rush Order" to your shopping cart.  (please note rush order option does not change shipping service, if only changes our in-house time).

Q: Do I automatically get a tracking number with my order?

A: We do not automatically issue tracking numbers, as the United States Postal Service charges extra for that service. However, if you wish to add tracking with your order, please choose "Extra Services" on our home page and add the cost of tracking to your order. As soon as your package ships you will be notified with your personal tracking number issued by postal service.
