OLLA Return Policy

A customer has the option of returning a piece of pottery for a full refund (including any shipping and taxes) within five days of receipt if one of the following conditions applies:

-         If a customer receives a piece that is not the one showcased on the picture and/or description on the website. 

-         If a piece is damaged during shipping.

The customer must return the piece in the same condition as received.  All other sales are final.  Please note that all OLLA pottery is man-made and therefore all pieces will be unique.  Each piece represents the individual artistic expression of the potter.  No two pieces will be the same. 

OLLA Product Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of each of our pieces of pottery.  Each piece is signed by its original artist.  OLLA guarantees that the piece of pottery is actually made by the featured artist.  There are an increasing number of pieces of pottery out there that are copied.  Some people are using the name of a more reputable artist in order to sell their pieces at a higher price.  OLLA guarantees that each piece comes from its original artist.

We guarantee the quality of each piece.  These pieces of pottery will not deteriorate over time and their beauty will remain as long as they are not tempered with.  Please note that these are pieces of art and are only intended for display purposes.  They are not intended for cooking or any other use.
