RETURNS

Returns will be issued once an item is returned, unused in the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the credit card which was charged for the amount of purchase less a 10 percent restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your fragrance selection, we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply return it to us unused, in the original packaging and we will replace it at no additional charge. Be sure to include a note indicating your new fragrance selection. Exchanges will incur shipping charges.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives broken or damaged, please immediately contact us to initiate a claim with the carrier or delivery service. We will promptly send a replacement once the claim has been processed.
