Hello, and thank you again for shopping at The Corner Station. We hope our easy store policies make your shopping experience stress-free and pleasant. We are willing to make exceptions to our "rules" and hope you will call us to discuss any change we can prudently make that will help you.
SHIPPING - Shipping is charged at the actual shipping cost through USPS. We do not add a handling fee or markup of any kind. Our online shipping calculator uses the total weight of all products purchased, destination zip code, shipping method selected by you, and the size of the box to determine the shipping fee. We also double-check what you are charged by the calculator for shipping. If actual shipping differs or, if we can save you money by using another carrier, we will refund the overcharge if it is greater than $1. We won't charge you more if shipping is greater than that charged by the calculator.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - should be made, generally, within 3 months from purchase. The item should still be in its original packaging and in new condition. The refund will be given for the purchase price, unless no record can be found or provided for the sale, in which case the lowest sale price will apply. The buyer will pay shipping costs.
In-store returns or exchanges are also welcome. In either case, it will speed your transaction if you can provide your invoice or receipt.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - Please let us know as soon as possible if an item has arrived damaged, or if it is defective. We stand behind all our products and want you to feel confident in our commitment to make you happy.
When we receive the damaged or defective item we will issue a full refund or make an exchange. We will pay the shipping costs. In some cases, we may need to work with the shipper in obvious cases of shipper mishandling so please save your packaging materials if that is the case.
GIFT WRAP - Gift wrap is FREE at The Corner Station! Please email us after your purchase to specify the occasion, gender, general age of the recipient, message, color preferences, etc for wrapping the gift.
FREE DELIVERY?!? - Free delivery can be arranged (road conditions permitting), for purchases of around $50 or more and within 2 working days, to these locations - Fairview Utah, Mount Pleasant Utah, Spring City Utah, Milburn Utah and Draper Utah. This is generally for addresses within or near city limits and on paved roads. It may be possible to arrange delivery for a fee to other locations.
Please choose the "Store Pickup" option when you choose shipping and include the recipient's ship-to address before you check out. As always, please feel free to email or call us to discuss your specific needs for delivery. We will be happy to help in any way we can. What a great way to send a lovely wrapped gift, gift basket or gift certificate to someone quickly. Kind of like sending flowers but more lasting!
IN-STORE PICKUP - Another great option to give a gift or shop from home - even when time is tight! We are happy to hold your purchase for up to two weeks for in-store pickup. You can pay online or in the store when you pick up your items. We can also have the item gift-wrapped and ready for your recipient to pick up. Photo ID is required for in-store pickup.
