WE CARE about the products that we use for your fundraising. We provide motivational sports artwork that is screened onto 100% cotton tee shirts. Each piece of art has a theme such as FOCUS, DETERMINATION, POWER, INTENSITY, and SUCCESS. The qualities that kids need to have in sports, school, and life to be the best that they can be.
WE CARE that each donator to your league or organization gets a product that is 1st quality, useful, and affordable. Besides the motivational shirts, there are other unique products to choose from.
WE CARE because you care and provide our youth with opportunities to learn and grow. Thanks to all of the volunteers!
WE CARE about your children's health and safety and, therefore, not only provide a percentage of the profits of the motivational shirts and other products to your organization, but also dedicate a percentage to fund organizations that provide support for families of children with cancer.

Your Fundraising Campaign - How it works.
Thank you for considering Trotters Apparel motivational apparel and other products for your organization's fundraising. The operational plan for your next fundraising campaign is explained here. After the decision has been made to go with our fundraising program:
In order to keep overhead low so that we can afford to sell these shirts at a low price of $12.00 each, most of the purchasing by donators will be done directly on this website. In that manner, we save on the cost of color order forms, postage, paper, and environmental waste. For those people that do not have access to a computer or the Internet, we provide order forms by email that may printed and either scanned and emailed or faxed back to your fundraising representative.
We will send your league representative a flyer explaining that your league has chosen Trotters Motivational Apparel as one of your fundraisers. This flyer will have all of the information on how to get to the website, order by phone, order by fax or email, as well as an introduction to the products benefits and positive message.
Your league rep will then send our flyer either by email or printed to all of the individual team moms or coaches to be given to each participant.
Your participants will then go to the website to purchase the products. The website has a secured credit card authorization which is our preferred method of payment. Payment by check or other means are accepted with emailed or faxed order forms.
When purchasing product, the donator will have an area to input your league information as well as the personal information for shipping the product to the donator. We will track your percentage of the profits from the sales and give you an update daily as to the quantities of products being ordered and provide you with your detailed monetary profit. You may request for your fundraising profits to be sent to you at any time either by check or by wire directly into your organization's bank account. While we prefer to do this once per week, we will work with you to make the decision on when you would like to receive the money.
We will ship the product within 30 days with the goal being sooner than 30 days depending on the quantities of orders coming in. Volume screen-printing is preferred, so we may wait for 7-10 days to place the order with our screen-printer so that we may attain a volume production run.
For every shirt bought, the donator also receives a gift of all four of the motivation slogans printed onto hard card for hanging in their room. This ensures that they see the positive messages as much as possible.
